We are seeking a litigator with business litigation experience. Your practice will require experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Some experience handling clients is preferred.
Requirements
At least 3 years of business Litigation experience in a law firm. Must be an active member of the State Bar of California.
